A snapshot of what you would do:
The solutions assurance and testing consultant supports product testing, streamlines uat/qa processes, and maintains a central testing calendar/resource allocation across all clients testing timeframesThis person will possess strong project management, testing coordination, and organizational skillsThe preferred location for this role is in gurugram, india (gurgaon).
Specific responsibilities:
Testing and training
Manage a central testing calendar across all client’s portal projects to review dates and ensure required apex implementation coverage (technology, pm, p2p consultant, client support teams)
Maintain and recommend baseline standardized scripts and scenarios as well as testing strategy (e.gTesting key functionality early in the cycle) based on clients’ requirements
Ensure functional, performance and load testing/integration end to end testing.
Track project testing including key deliverables and target dates on gantt chart (dev & uat)
Provide coverage/support to client during testing cycles (dev and uat) both onsite and remote
Escalate critical priority issues/risks to appropriate level of management for oversight and approval (dev items)
Work with clients’ project management to align testing needs
Work internally with implementation leads to manage qa testing timelines
Monitor defects across clients’ testing and ensure prompt resolution
Ensure solutions assurance standard procedures are followed through uat phase until client go live phase.
Work with p2p consultants on recurring feedback across clients to enhance the product
Work experience with azure test plan
Production readiness
Ensure proper training is conducted by apex implementation and p2p consulting at client for end users including ap, procurement, tax teams
Ensure training is conducted at client for suppliers
Maintain and enhance the “go live package” and “production readiness checklist”
Advise clients to maintain and update online training guides within the portal tool
Post implementation support/sustainability
Liaise with apex technology teams and client to ensure tickets are resolved on a timely basis within sla
Escalate critical priority issues/risks to appropriate level of management for oversight and approval (dev items)
Work with the technology team to document major issues and communicate their resolution to the client to prevent them from re-curing
Work with pm to establish ongoing meeting routines with clients and apex technology teams
Learn from issues resolution and document best practices for benefit of our clients
Develop metrics to measure success of the project through the initial control phase and on to ongoing client support
Required skills:
Strong project management, testing coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent client and interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of business users and technical personnel
Knowledge of testing frameworks.
Knowledge of relational databases.
Knowledge of erp integration.
Knowledge of web services and api testing.
Required experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.
Three years of experience in product testing or project coordination.
Ms project (preferred)
Team foundation server (preferred)
