Job Description:-

• Plan & Schedule and promote official events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations and training sessions.
• Security & Housekeeping & Vehicle and Gardening Management for entire factory.
• Have to depute ethical security guards, verify their attendances.
• Visitor / Guest Welcome and factory visit
• Travel and hotel arrangements for factory & HO employees.
• Arrangements related to employee engagement activities.
• Clearance of Monthly utility bills e.g. Vehicle maintenance bills, Fuel bills, property rent bills, security bills.
• Payment and PR & PO follow-up.
• Landscape maintenance, gardening related bills settlement.
• Canteen and cafeteria management & bill settlement.
• Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility.
• Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and team members
• Prepare, review, and improve administrative systems, policies and procedures, maintain necessary records accordingly.
• Manage factory assets properly and keep updated records & related reports.

Graduation, Post Graduation
