ASSA ABLOY Looking For Test Automation Engineer at Bangalore, India Full Time

Design, create and maintain Automated Tests for front and back end systems/applications.

Perform web, API, UI, functional, regression, smoke, and end to end testing within an Agile delivery model

Improve existing Test Automation Frameworks

understand and create clear strategies to communicate how automation will benefit by identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve the speed and reliability of delivery lifecycles

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate with 3+ years of experience in software testing

Strong programming/scripting (Python, Java) experience and a passion for test.

At least 2+ years of demonstrated experience on Robot framework

Must be self-directed, resilient and creative

Should have worked on test case management tools and bug tracking tools like Test rail, JIRA

Excellent communication skills

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools ( Jenkins /Hudson/Maven/Ant)

Experience on security testing, performance testing

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor of engineering or equivalent

Language Skills

Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.

Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.

Work Requirements

Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.

Travel and fieldwork including international travel, therefore employee must possess or can acquire a valid passport.
