As a Client Operations Analyst, you’ll partner with commercial leaders, Legal Operations, and other Cross-functional partner teams to set up clients for success. This role offers a clear growth path and the opportunity to become an expert on our contract and sales operations processes. Team-members are expected to work the morning shift IST (8AM to 5PM IST) or the afternoon shift IST (1PM to 10PM IST) on a rotational basis.
About the team:
Client Operations ensures that our Commercial Sales teams have the contract paperwork necessary to get their client onboarded with Xandr in an optimized manner. We’re continually seeking to see and Improve the whole system by scaling our internal workflows, external processes, and systems for effective and efficient execution. We are the front lines for Commercial leaders to ensure their clients can have a seamless Xandr experience. Client Operations partners regularly with Legal, Finance, and Product to ensure we deliver exceptional client outcomes.
About the job:
In your first several months as a Client Operations Analyst, you’ll learn how client contracts are processed and respond to commercial sales leaders through Salesforce cases. As you progress, you’ll take on more complicated and ambiguous cases and help contribute on larger team projects. Once you’ve mastered completing cases & you’re able to balance the different types of daily case work and helping on projects, you’ll begin to manage your projects based on opportunities for improvement that you yourself have identified.
Ensure seamless facilitation, and execution of our internal client (Commercial Sales) requests.
Review & Execute Agreements utlilizing several interfaces
Respond to account manager inquiries
Remain up-to-date with evolving Client Operations processes
Ongoing education of internal Sales Teams team
Adjust configuration setting for client accounts upon request
Contribute to quality assurance peer reviews ensuring team accuracy
Own large scale projects surrounding strategic clients and our partner teams
Maintain a repository of truth to help narrow knowledge gaps of our partner teams.
Present dependable results through thoughtful decision making, efficient workflows, and a quick turnaround to ensure best business outcomes for our organization and stakeholders.
Contribute to development, implementation and management of team-wide standards, processes, controls, and reporting
Coordinate and facilitate between internal teams to gain feedback and insight initiatives
About you:
5-8 years of work experience in ad tech or a related field
2-3 years in Contract Operations, or a role with emphasis on contract processing
1+ years of project management experience
2-3 years of client engagement /customer service experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Strong attention to detail and a consistent executor
Ability to learn quickly, remain patient, and focus on details in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work closely with new team members and share knowledge in an organized, efficient yet friendly capacity
You possess exceptional organization, time management, and problem solving skills
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Salesforce or silimar CRMs
SFDC Reporting experience
Experience working with CONGA X-Author
