Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve client issues with a customer centric approach
Analytical skills to contextualize and comprehend client requests, and request necessary information to identify the issue at hand
Identify and follow correlating internal documentation to solve client cases
Excellent written communication skills to produce messaging in line with the audience’s understanding (client, team, partner teams, manager)
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed via appropriate channels
Contribute to task execution on projects run by senior teammates and managers
Manages workload with manager’s input
Flexible to work in 1 to 10PM IST
Nice to Have:
Experience with Salesforce & JIRA CRM’s
Experience with MSFT Excel
Experience with databases / SQL language
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement within workflows
Understanding of Advertising Technology
