Job Description
:
Sourcing Vendors and in time arrangements of Surgical Masks, Sanitizers & Surgical Gloves in all Offices
Ensuring All offices are equipped with IR Thermometer
Ensuring all guidelines such as social distancing as per company guidelines are maintained in all offices
Ensuring Fumigation done in all offices (Need based)
Ensuring Pest Control done in all offices
Maintain of Cleanliness and hygiene of Office
Sending Attendance of HK SG monthly basis
Identifying and measures to quantify volume of cost saving
Sending Attendance of HK SG monthly basis
Processing Bill in P2P
Collecting NDC / Outstanding statement from all vendor on Qtrly basis
All big offices monthly visits and small offices quarterly visits.
Identifying New Properties
Renewal of Lease, DG, CAM Agreement
Arrangement of Tea, Coffee, Water in the offices
Renewing TL or getting TL Done wherever required.
Ensuring of smooth working of courier and Speed Post
Every time Sourcing new Vendor and making agreement
Ensuring to Monthly Payment of Utility Bill (Telephone, Electricity, Mobile, Etc)
Issuing Workstation of New Joinee
Issuing TAB & Voice SIM of New joinee as per need
Tie-up with New Hotels
Taking Branch Feedback regarding Admin Issue on weekly basis
Generating and Updating Admin Issue Call in Automation Module & resolution of the same within TAT
AMC of all non-IT Office Equipment
Maintenance of Electrical Equipment, Transformers, AC, RO, Tea/Coffee Machine
Handling CCTV installation & maintenance
Booking of Meeting & Training Room
Arrangement of Training Lunch (Need Based)
Ensuring to maintain stock of HK & Stationery in the offices
Co-ordinating with all Landlords to get Rent Invoice / Electricity Bills every month.
Checking of Electrical & Fire Safety Equipment on Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Basis, making report and send to Head Office
Handling Asset Management
To ensure that Property Tax is paid well in advance .
