Position overview:
To be a proactive HR professional teaming with the HR Manager in maximizing the productivity of the Plant by optimizing the effectiveness of its employees.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting job analysis and job evaluation.
Assessing staffing needs and search for talents.
Designing and conducting assessment and selection process.
Ensuring timely completion of pre and post joining formalities and bringing candidates onboard as per the scheduled dates.
Designing implementing onboarding, induction and orientation programs.
Mapping job descriptions and Job analysis, KRA and KPI based on factory & office requirements.
Ensuring timely submission of skills matrix and assessing the ratings for further developmental initiatives.
Planning, coordinating and executing companys functions and events including external meetings, periodical seminars, festivals, motivational trips, days celebrations, annual picnic and fare-well parties.
Preparing HR budget and maintaining the HR costs within the approved budgeted limits.
Formulating HR policies, HR processes, employee handbook, organisation structures, employee job descriptions, flow charts and procedures.
Experience and skills required:
Graduate + MBA / Specialization in HR
Extensive experience in same or similar roles
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP SuccessFactors
Fluent English & native language
