Introduction:

• To provide support as Personal Assistant to CISO Director(s) and administrative support to other identified members of the CISO India ExCo as required.
• To undertake the administrative functions required for smooth running of the function, including maintenance of finance, HR and timesheet records

What will you be doing?

• One of the CISO Directors will be the line Manager for this role. However, this role will be required to support multiple directors and others as the case may be depending upon the requirement and the available bandwidth at all times.
• Role Function defined below lists all the job functions the EA will be expected to perform during his / her tenure.
• In addition, the responsibilities listed below, this role will be required to provide administrative support in site level activities as identified from time to time.
• May be required to travel across locations within Pune occasionally to support business needs.

• Good level of literacy and accuracy is expected

• Understanding of budget figures/expenses
• Involvement in organising and executing colleague engagement activities/roadshows
• End to end experience in managing senior stakeholder visits
