Job description
A fast growing pharmaceutical company urgently requires multi tasking Executives for their head office at Panchkula.
Local based candidates with 4 to 6 years experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, well versed with overall functioning of office besides knowledge of purchase/tendering process.
Job Profile: Should have good oral and written communication skills, computer literate and capable of fulfilling assigned responsibilities in time bound manner.
Responsibilities:
Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, etc. Maintain contact lists.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Executive assistance to the Director in all matters.
Knowledge about tenders searching, analysis, submission and further tracking on status update till the time of award and further completion of all required formalities as per tender terms. Handling and working on E-procurement & E-Tender Portal. Online registration on various portals for tender. Searching for the right tender, RFP, NIT or Bid from different tender portals of defense and government departments. Preparing & uploading the tender documents online and final submission of technical and financial bid including BOQ. Monitor the tender application and filing in order to ensure it is submitted duly along with all required formalities well within stipulated time. Attend Pre-Tender meetings on behalf of the company, wherever necessary, and make official representations.
