Our team at Bluechip is looking for an Office Executive for the given job description:
Gathering and processing research data and conducting Data Entry.
Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies etc.
Assisting and coordinating with the sales team, dispatch team and on site engineering team.
Assisting the Purchase team with paperwork.
Regularly following up with customers for Payments.
Assisting with inventory control and preparing daily stock reports.
Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills and preparation eway bills.
Assisting and supporting management.
The following are the requirements of the role:
Preferred bachelors degree – Bcom, BA etc.
Fluent spoken English and ability to draft emails. Extremely professional in speaking and replying to customers.
Extremely sharp with coordination and documentation.
Ability to handle / coordinate with customers and suppliers.
Experience with MS excel and willingness to learn to use it efficiently.
Location: Link Road, Malad, Mumbai.
Job timings: 10AM to 6PM. Monday to Friday. Saturday upto 3PM.
Salary: Negotiable and to be offered based on the skillet.
