As the head of india tech recruiting you would be supporting the technology organization in delivering against their business goals through their people agendaBny mellon is a global investments company dedicated to helping its clients manage and service their financial assets throughout the investment lifecycleWhether providing financial services for institutions, corporations or individual investors, bny mellon delivers informed investment and wealth management and investment services in 35 countriesAs of march 31, 2021, bny mellon had $41.7 trillion in assets under custody and/or administration, and $2.2 trillion in assets under management team.
The role
As the head of india tech recruiting, you will have the opportunity to create and drive the hiring strategy dedicated to technology hiring, as well as lead and coach a team of recruitersYou will leverage your talents to design, innovate and deliver recruitment and hiring strategies to attract diverse, high achieving technologists and technology leaders who want to make an impact on the finance world – all while you build meaningful relationships with the people you work with.
Partner with senior leaders and hr business partners to drive tailored, strategic direction to the business.
Build and develop a high-performing recruitment team to achieve hiring goals while growing their careers in a fast-paced environment.
Manage the full lifecycle, white glove executive recruitment process for senior level openings.
Share innovative ideas, best practices, relevant data, and competitive intelligence information to educate senior leaders and hiring teams on the talent market.
What it takes
15+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources developing and executing successful recruiting and hiring strategies.
5 years of experience in people-leadership creating and developing high performing, diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams along with successful communication, collaboration and relationship building across the business.
Strong capabilities in strategy creation and execution, data analytics, with a mindset for innovation, impact, growth and wellbeing.
Bachelor`s degree or equivalent years of experience.
