Location : Bangalore

Experience : 10 Years in IT Infra including real-time experience in Active Directory, Windows administration and Vmware Administration

Key Responsibility

• Implement & provide L2/L3 operational support for the Microsoft Identity Manager services(Implementation, management and Performance monitoring)
• Handling of Business as usual Identity management access and management tasks
• Manage, maintain, support and recovery of VMware systems and services such as vSphere, vSAN and Appvolumsn for the end users
• High level of technical expertise to support complex VMware and virtualization solutions solutions across all tiers, under minimal supervision
• Work independently, providing On-site/Offshore support for Infra/data center design, optimization or buildout
• Handle VMware related backups and restoration request such as SNAPshots, templates, etc.
• Handling of requests or issues related to VMware vRealize products, Log Insights, Ops Manager
• Fundamental IT Infra knowledge – Networking & Server technologies including IP, DNS, WINS, IP routing, network address translation etc.

Skill set

• 8-10 years of Infra experience and expertise in Active Directory and Forefront Identity Manager Services
• Strong knowledge on Microsoft Azure AD Connect, Strong knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts following technologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Hands on Experience in VMware/Hyper-V or any other virtualization platform
• Ability to learn new technologies very fast.
• Demonstrate passion for MS products and technologies
• Good Knowledge on IG Infra, including Datacenter
• Good communication and presentation skills

Experieience in Operations with SLA service, and flexible to work in shifts if project needed
