Roles:
1. Keeping receptionist neat and tidy
2. Answering the calls and diverting it to their respective office
3. Maintaining visitor’s register
4. Maintaining Attendance details of facility management staffs.
5. Vendor Management
6. Greeting visitors and arranging their meeting with the concerned person
7. Arranging Greeting Card and Gifts for Employees on their Birthday
8. Timely payment of Maintenance bills such as electricity bill, rented assets or equipment bills
9. Handling petty cash along with supporting documents
10. Booking flight tickets after getting approval from Directors
11. Inventory handling of Office Supplies such as stationery etc.
12. Assisting director in drafting letter or any other correspondence
13. Calendar Management of Director
14. Recording minutes of meeting of Director
15. Other administrative work, if required
Candidate requirement
_ Must have excellent communication skill
_Should be Smart and Pleasing Personality
_Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Experience

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
