12 Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraint
13. Coordination with department heads and Projects heads
14. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
15. To be excellent communicators and negotiators because they act as a go-between for different entities
