Responsibilities:
The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will assist on-going development and be responsible for the successful implementation, support, and further development of salesforce.com “SFDC” CRM into Bruker Nano Surface and Metrology “BNSM” Division of Bruker. This role interacts with functional leaders, subject matter experts, and end-users to help identify, develop, and deploy new business processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead the SFDC implementation and be the SFDC administrator for BNSM Global Service Team.
Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customization, applications, extensions, and integrations to meet the day-to-day needs of the business.
Collaborate inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Create testing and implementations plans for process changes.
Develop sustainable training documentation, videos, and user guides and empower the Global Service team, Leaders, and cross-functional partners to adopt the SFDC process. Continue this development as new features/applications are rolled out.
Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices
Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
Develop the best process and build user expertise within the team to most effectively utilize SFDC.
Collaborate with other Bruker Divisions to learn, leverage best practice, and influence unification of best process for both BNSM Division as well as overall Bruker team.

Successfully completed studies in business informatics or a comparable education with IT affinity
Relevant experience in the design as well as implementation of processes in the CRM area, especially in SalesForce.com
Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements and translate those requirements to technical/business solutions.
Multiple year experience working on Salesforce platforms or other CRM software packages (Microsoft CRM, InterAction, SalesLogix, Oracle On-Demand, SAP, ServiceMax, etc…)
Experience with product development life cycle and software testing.
Experience with declarative solutions including creation of custom objects, workflows, approvals, email alerts, field updates, outbound messages, and communication templates
Very good understanding of marketing, sales and service processes
Working knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas
SAP experience a benefit to this position
