Duties & Responsibilities:
· Proceed the protocol request (e.g. Simple, Minor & Complex)
· Input the test lines and update / create a protocols in TRM / TPD system
· Read the standards / regulations and research the product requirement
· Communicate with co-workers / immediate supervisor / protocol line about the protocol requests / technical issues
· Review the draft protocols before sending to approval
· Provide on-job training and act as consultant for sub-ordinates.
· Allocate various duties to protocol writer / junior staff (as appropriate) and provide supervision.
· Suggest corrective action / preventative action for any identified mistakes / errors
· Assist in requestor liaisons on technical issues / protocol requests
· Calculate the package prices
· Ensure proper housekeeping, and safe working environment.
Required Skills & Qualification:-
-
A university degree and above or diploma in the field of Textile / Manufacturing / Quality management / Engineering or related disciplines.

Minimum of 3 – 4 years of similar experience.

Good command of English and local language, both oral and written.

Good knowledge of computers.
-
Good interpersonal communication skills.
-
Good time management skills.
-
Attention to detail and process improvement skills.

Must be confident, highly efficient and self-motivated.

High level of integrity.

Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
