1. Supervision of the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
2. Assisting Parents registration and enrolment
3. Managing the students & staff records and databases
4. Coordination Inter house competitions & other competitive activities outside the school.
5. Coordinating with teachers, staff, students, and parents
6. Ensuring compliance with education laws and regulations
7. To manage Staff Welfare Events
8. Maintaining the school’s calendar and scheduling events
9. Implementing school policies and procedures
10. Coordinate in purchasing and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
11. Assistance in accounts, helping in budgeting, fee reconciliation etc.
12. To take care of Employees requirements and sort out the issues and provide solutions.
13. Take care of all maintenance work carried on site & supervision of Housekeeping staff
14. Organizing the logistics arrangements for the new joinees.
15. Managing petty cash and maintaining the proper record of day-to-day expenses.
16. To take care of Pantry and monitor the work of Office Attendant.
17. Interact with IT support and resolve the IT related issues.
18. Arrange staff meeting between Management and Employees and prepare the MOM.
19. Maintain data base and coordinate interviews.
20. Releasing offers letters, On boarding formalities, Exit formalities Appraisal meetings etc.
21. Providing support for special programs and initiatives.
22. Managing correspondence with the customers.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
