Assistant Centre Administrator/Office Manager
Carnegie India is seeking an Assistant Centre Administrator/Office Manager. The selected candidate will provide overall support to the Management Team. This is a full-time position based in Delhi.
The Assistant Centre Administrator/Office Manager Assist with grant and regulatory compliance and audit related paperwork; assist logistics for physical and virtual events; support finance operations such as tracking expenses and accounting; assist management of relationships with legal, HR, audit teams and partner banks; oversee day to day running and upkeep of office.
Founded in 2016, Carnegie India, based in New Delhi, is part of a robust global network that includes over 150 scholars in Asia, Beirut, Brussels, Moscow, and Washington. The centre focuses primarily on three interrelated programs: technology and society, political economy, and security studies. Led by Indian experts with decades of international and domestic policy experience, Carnegie India engages with governments, policymakers, academics, students, industries, practitioners, and civil society to provide insightful and fresh analysis on India’s pressing challenges and the rising role of India in the world.
Candidates should have three to five years of experience, excellent English skills (both oral and written). Candidates who have completed a graduate degree are preferred. The ideal candidate will work proactively and flexibly in a team, possess the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines, and have proficiency with Excel, Word, and other related programs.
