ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to help our company find excellent talent. You will be entrusted with the entire recruitment cycle, an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates, stakeholders and employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible to discover, attract and select the best-in-class talent from our target industry segments and manage the assigned business line.
Sourcing and screening of candidates & ensuring fulfilment of hiring numbers as per position requirements.
Managing the requirements of the service lines within stipulated timelines, cost and quality
· Ensuring coordination with prospective candidates for their smooth onboarding.
Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders – internal and external alike
Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.
Lead and own the Recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting, and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and pre-boarding.
Responsible for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships with the team and relevant stakeholders.
Taking initiatives in organizing recruitment drives and assisting in hiring resources for critical requirements
Focus on increasing diversity ratio among new hires across business lines
Participating in various TA initiatives including Competition Mapping, CBRE branding, etc.
· Ensuring full compliance of data on Recruitment ATS (Talent Source)
· Preparing and presenting various data & reports as requested.
· Gather and Understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or MBA/PGDM in Human resource from a recognized university.
MBA/PGDM (HR) is preferred.
5+ years of experience in related field.
Other Skills & Abilities
Fully competent in specific HR concepts with emphasis on staffing processes
Strong personal computer skills using Microsoft Office, Internet software, and human resources information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS) applications.
Ability to research information and analyze data, arrive at valid conclusions and make recommendations and plan of action.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
