Responsibilities

• Manage founder’s email and LinkedIn as well as reach out to set up meetings.
• Manage an active calendar, coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up action items.
• Stay on top of the founder’s to-do list and make sure important moves are made.
• Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans and itineraries.
• You will also coordinate agendas and compile documents for travel-related meetings, and be proactive in understanding if there are any pre/post-travel and pre/post-meeting requirements that need to be done.
• Help with planning & executing various tasks for fundraising
• Provide ad-hoc operational support for the CEO’s initiatives. This would involve researching, compiling information, and coordinating with stakeholders involved for execution.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience being an executive assistant in a startup environment
• Tech savvy and can proficiently use G-Suite, Notion, and Airtable
• Available during CST-timezone (and occasionally in IST time zone)

Nice to have

• Understanding of the data/AI world (we will bring you up to speed if not).
