· Rental Agreement Management
· Plant Equipment and Furniture Management
· Drinking Water Management in Plant.
· Support HR in recruitment, scoping, sourcing of candidates to release of offer letter
· Managing attendance and monthly salaries of employees
· Managing local compliance and maintaining records of the same
· Assist HR in Maintaining and regularly updating master database
· Enable HR in Process documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
· Oversee day to day business activities wrt manpower flow and external liaising
· Liaising with different stakeholders and consultants and complete the assigned tasks
· To oversee the fabrication/construction at the new premise.
· Harmonize organizational activities and vendor management
· State and Central government filing and documentation as well as local bodies

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
