Job summary:
Handling the sales preferrable in valve industry
Job responsibility:
Represent our company in the region, with a comprehensive understanding of our offeringsResearch customer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends growth in the untapped market/territory
Meet potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs, offering trusted solutions
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
Present forecasts to the management team – prepare and execute plan for growth
Supports the operations team in handling & execution of project related documentation, testing & inspection
Working with ae, afm, engineering and operation team to solve customer needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team towards meeting common goals.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and systematic troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skillsExcellent presentation and training skills.
Should have clear vision and commitment to provide outstanding customer service.
Demonstrate effective and consistent usage of operating model processes like daily management etc.
Understand the customer process, application needs & connect with them to offer the desired solution
Education qualification:
Bachelor’s engineering graduate – mechanical
Working conditions:
A standard 5 days working week.
Managing south india region
80% traveling
