Job Purpose:
To apply Business Analysis experience and knowledge of fund administration functions to complete analysis work, including complex business analysis, solution design and impact assessments.
The role holder will own the full analysis lifecycle and ensure that detailed analysis and process design minimises the risk to the business, our operating platform and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership and accountability of full analysis lifecycle on multiple client driven projects
Development and validation of Business Analysis plans
Work closely with the client, Citi project teams and business areas to define accurate and complete requirements which are fully documented, with common understanding between the client and Citi
Lead the analysis and impact assessments for all Client Change programmes, with completion of detailed analysis & impact assessments to deadline, co-ordinating across multiple resources as appropriate
Use of process modelling practices and techniques to clearly document and communicate analyse findings
Support the Client Change Delivery team to ensure all projects are implemented to time and budget and with no impact to BAU
Regular progress reporting to the Business Analyst Manager, Project Manager and the client
Ensure all aspects of existing and target operating models are known to ensure full test plans and contingency plans are in place
Interact with Citi BAU teams and client analysts to ensure requirements are met and Operations are ready for new processes
Support the client and operations teams post-implementation until such time as key sign off criteria met
Knowledge/Experience:
Proven Business Analyst experience following industry standard practices
Experience of working on multiple projects and delivering to demanding deadlines.
Experience of fund accounting (desirable)Experience of working with life Assurance and/ asset management clients, on a variety of fund vehicles (e.g. OEICs, Unit-linked, Segregated etc).
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties

Strong knowledge of market instruments and conventions
Knowledge of Fund Accounting platforms (preferred)
