Responsibilities:
Define tasks’ scope and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project trackers and plans and associated communications documents.
Communicate effectively project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Manage expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Identify and resolv issues and conflicts within the project team.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project milestones using appropriate tools.
Track main project milestones and deliverables.
Deliver and maintain progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.

Qualifications:
2-5 years experience in bank services.

Smart Automation Centre is mandated to help businesses across Citi in identifying the right opportunity for automation and providing tactical and strategic solutions based on latest industry-relevant Emerging Tech and automation practices
Job background/ context:
The Smart Automation Centre will be responsible for partnering with our businesses and functions across Citi to:
Ensure all the elements are in place for the rapid deployment of Robotics and other related technologies, including infrastructure, vendor agreements, training and a standardized playbook.
Research emerging technologies and ensure best practice transfers across businesses and functions
Support businesses and functions in identification of opportunities and help drive the execution of complex projects, where needed
Track and ensure coordination of Citi’s Robotics Book of Work
Provide visibility and governance for Senior Management and the Board over the Robotics program across Citi
Key Responsibilities:
Support the build-out and customization of Automation Solutions (from use-case identification through to Tech Handover/full implementation) for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & other Emerging Technologies, including Machine Learning Models.
Support the Automation Catalysts in the identification of opportunities, and building a book of work in partner areas by applying and customizing standard identification / prioritization tools
Setup and maintain a knowledge sharing library for both (a) information about how to implement Robotics and (b) ETL and (c) RAD, and (d) ML/AI models (e)re-usable code.
Provide analysis and inputs to help SAC team finalize vendor tools for automation.
Support businesses and functions through Proof-Of- Concepts (POCs) or Minimal Viable Products(MVPs).
Continuously learn, adapt and adopt the best practices to enhance SAC’s knowledge, skills and expertise on industry-relevant technologies.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 5 years total post-graduate work experience (ideally with deep experience in financial services or past consulting experience)
3+ years of project experience related to E2E technology deployment and ideally working with Robotics and other emerging technologies
RPA (Automation Anywhere is preferred
Rapid Application Development using Appian etc.
Machine learning with Python
Python, Flask using Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript
Excel and PowerPoint skills are key.
Willingness to learn new technologies and ability to quickly adapt to the changing Technological Landscape.
Desired Skills:
Understanding of Six Sigma /lean
Python
Selenium
Qualifications:
An graduate degree from a top tier institution
Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree
Required Travel: Yes, 25% of the time (during normal work scenario)
Competencies:
Agile Project Management experience highly preferred
PMP or Prince certification is desirable but is not required
Lean and/or Six Sigma certification is desirable but is not required
