Job Description

Technical Digital Software Engineering Analyst /Test Automation Architect of a scaled agile team actively participates in on various aspects of software development, integration, and E2E testing in a CI/CD environment.

Responsible for devising strategy for agile testing in a complex integrated & virtualized testing environment.

Coach various technical & non-technical teams/organizations on the importance of unit testing, continuous integration testing, and E2E quality testing throughout the product lifecycle.

Ensure teams achieve 100% of feasible automation test coverage including edge/borderline/negative by leveraging industry leading best practices.

Experience writing code using Java/Python.

Experience in writing unit tests using automated TDD/BDD, E2E test suites for all components.

Experience in software automation development using JUnit, JMeter, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.

Experience in using tools such as JIRA, ALM, Confluence, Zephyr, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.

Build and implement processes & standards for continuous improvement of the applications, systems, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience in technology development lifecycle and applications deployment.

2 to 5 years of experience in Agile and Agile-hybrid environment.

Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills are required.

Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Mathematics.
