Description
Responsible to consolidate remaining IS operations from business, CTI and satellite (in-country) offices, to meet the regulatory requirement of centralizing all Information Security (IS) functions under a single management structure – Global GIAM. Will work closely with Global Information Security (GIS) team, country O&T, Technology Sectors, Fincon, HR, Legal, Compliance and CTI for activities remained within the country.
The Global ID Administration (GIAM) is a global organization within with 900+ employees located across the globe. GIAM manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. GIAM works in partnership with Global Information Security to build appropriate security architecture in new apps and supports large business-driven technology projects related to information security issues.
Responsibilities
Coordinate activities related to the transfer of ISA function to GIAM Service Delivery teams in ASPAC, EMEA and NA / LATAM, working with multiple business partners
Manage transition projects under GIAM GPO organization
Project management of end-to-end transfers – including documentation, implementation in the areas of operations, apprenticeship users, assistance in collecting and adjusting data to the requirements of automation
Establish relationship with regional and global support teams to enforce and drive standards in order to be able to accept new requirements
Track project milestones and deliverables
Manage the issues identified during the preparation of the transfer
Coordinate legal review for possible transfer services, reporting to senior management
Leads meetings in fast paced environment communicating complex transition topics effectively at all levels of the organization
Assesses the applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluates options under circumstances not covered by procedures
Perform tasks in accordance with the policy of Citigroup
This role also provides opportunity to develop the project management skills on local and remote level, to plan and get prepared for the upcoming milestones.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher desired or the candidate should have proven equivalent work experience
Minimum 5+ years’ experience either in an Information Security Administration environment or related field with project management experience
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in transitioning applications and infrastructure systems
Good working knowledge of industry standard information security practices
Candidate should be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills and ability to set priorities and work under pressure
Adept at running virtual meetings of global project stakeholders
Has to be innovative, creative and flexible
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of application security compliance processes and systems would be preferable
Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to work with a variety of people from all areas of Citi
Self-motivated, ability to work in virtual team
Skilled communicator who can influence solutions with Business partner
