  • Calendar management
  • Travel management
  • Letter& Email drafting
  • Organise meetings & events
  • Managing All incoming & outgoing communications related to CEO office
  • Prepare agenda & MOM
  • Recruitment, Salary, Insurance of employees, new joinee formalities
  • Collect MIS reports from all the department on daily & monthly, analysis & give feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹23,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vadodara, Karjan – 391243, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Working as a Executive Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
