Role: The Admin Officer is responsible for the majority of administrative duties in the company. This person will manage employee records, organize files, answer calls, and provide support for the entire company. As an admin officer, the ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to handle expenses records as well. Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team
Responsibility: Admin officer is responsible for day-to-day task management in within an organization. This role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities, including scheduling, handling maintenance activities, receiving and forwarding communications, and taking care of more general clerical duties. Administrative officers may also be responsible for event planning and organization, as well as serving as a greeter for incoming clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Graduates in any discipline (Engineers not preferred), Working knowledge of MS Office suite & Internet.
Experience: About 4 – 5 years of Admin experience
Language: English & Fluency in local language
Vehicle : 2 Wheeler must with valid Driving Licence
Preference : MALE candidate
Key Criteria: High Initiative & Follow through skills, Persuasive Communication skills, Strong Leadership skills and exceptional maturity levels; negligible power of influence, non-unionized environment, Age not more than 30 years.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipment’s, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security, employee induction etc.
· Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
· Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture, furnishings, Official vehicles, building, etc.
· Purchasing, Implementation and operations of Security and Surveillance.
· Vendor management- Oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipment’s that are required for the facility – IT Systems, air conditioning etc.
· Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
· Asset Management of all Site operations assets across multiple locations.
· Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests.
· Liasioning and coordinating with various departments within the corporate office and all branch offices
· Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
· Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping, etc.
