HR/Admin responsibilities:
· On-boarding/Off-boarding process.
· Responsible for all recruitments.
· Maintaining the employee database and the recruitment database.
· Employee counselling and grievance handling.
· Survey report/liaising with clients, as and when required.
· Documentation/Filing of all HR related documents.
· Managing leaves and attendance.
· Preparation of salary statement (ESI, PF and Professional Tax)
· Maintenance of Books of Accounts (Files and Ledgers)
· Bank payment and receipt entries
· Verification and processing of client invoices
· Handling cash and bank transactions
· Coordination of audit work
· Maintaining petty cash book
· Processing of journal vouchers
· Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable bills
· Maintain confidentiality of all accounting and financial records
· Preparing pay slips for the employees
· Preparing various account reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
· Prepare Letter of Intent, Offer/Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Promotion/Increment letter, Relieving letter, and conduct Exit Interviews.
· Good oral/written skills is a must.
