Your responsibilities will include : § Administrative tasks like Calendar management, travel bookings, IT and logistic support for Town Halls team meetings and events. . § Support headcount planning, vendor management and vendor budgets. § Co-ordinate and maintain cost center and organizational hierarchy structures for functions § Supporting and participating in People forum Work streams in execution and tracking the overall status to achieve the key success measurements. § Managing compliance activities for the group (Timesheets, mandatory e-learnings, GARS reviews, ACM Mapping, etc) .. § Planning and implementation of BAU processes. § Supporting in driving various initiatives for Pune initiatives like Talent programs, Diversity programs, attrition management, etc. § Coordinate and provide inputs for seating plans and return to work strategy. § Generate monthly business management reports.
