CA Industrial trainee program :
Upto 18 mths per ICAI design, preference to have maximum duration
Stipend Rs.20,000 p.m.
Leaves –
1 paid leave per month, 3 mths unpaid leave if appearing for 2 groups for Finals and 1.5 mths of unpaid leave if appearing for 1 group for Finals
Unpaid leave for completing the Adv ITT and GMCS mandatory trainings. Preference to have students who have already completed this
The above is irrespective of how many leaves the student has accumulated – when the student has more leaves in balance
We support industrial training period extension in case of less leave balance, where the student would like to extend the period of industrial training
5 day working, typically 9am – 6pm with flexibility per the team in which the student gets selected. Some teams work in hybrid mode (coming in to office a few times a week) while others work on all days from office
If deputed at the plant, the timings would need to get aligned per the timings followed by the team at the plant
We aim to give a balanced workload to students so that they are left with enough time to study but they may need to extend sometimes basis business needs eg. tax season, audit season, month close – this is varied basis the team to which the student gets assigned
Transportation available basis routes operated by the company on payment & availability basis
Finance Functional Excellence Champion – currently that’s me – connects with the students on a regular basis to monitor the student’s progress, to coach and to address any concerns
The students will get an opportunity to present in the CFOs staff meeting to share what they learnt, how their experience was and so as to allow the finance leadership see the growth.
