Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management modules.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design effective solutions to meet their needs.
Provide expert-level guidance and support in implementing complex OTL/Absence configurations and integrations.
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to meet specific payroll and absence calculation requirements.
Conduct thorough testing of configurations, interfaces, and Fast Formulas to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OTL/Absence configurations and Fast Formulas.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and Oracle product advancements to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an OTL/Absence Lead Consultant, working on Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management modules.
In-depth knowledge of Fast Formula development and customization.
Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and leading implementation projects.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
Singapore-based candidates are preferred, but remote work candidates from other locations will also be considered.
