An exciting opportunity for a Private PA to support high-profile entrepreneurs and their family.

This is a varied role where excellent communication skills are fundamental, and the successful candidate will be robust, enthusiastic, and committed to building strong working relationships. We are looking for someone who will exercise a positive ‘can do’ attitude at all times whilst providing utmost support.

Responsibilities will include:

• Complex diary management, including meetings, events and other functions across numerous time zones

• Arranging all travel requirements (local and international) – planning family and business travel itineraries, booking accommodation, coordinating with offices, arranging visas etc,

• Event management

• Sourcing hard to find events

• Dealing with correspondence and ensuring all issues are dealt with efficiently and speedily.

• Be able to deal with clients in a professional and confidential manner.

• A hands-on role liaising with all suppliers and contractors for office, as well as managing staff, chauffeur etc.
• Organise workflows, manage the calendar and distribute tasks

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a Private PA

• Impeccable organisational and communication skills

• Flexible, be able to be on call 24/7

• Proactive, self-directed with the ability to prioritise and pay meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure

• Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment

• Sound knowledge of MS office

• Willingness to travel

Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
