What you’ll do:
Will be Testing in-charge for Single phase & Three phase UPS ranging from 600VA upto 600KVA, will be responsible of maintaining all test euipments ,ICT and ATE . Trouble shooting and monitoring of all UPS technical parameters through power analyzer during testing. Responsible for Conducting FAT (factory acceptance test) for all UPS in factory and client inspection.

Knowledge in UPS communication tools to download data, upgrade FW, etc.
Good knowledge in power electronics circuits like, Charger, Inverter, Rectifier, Battery configurations, High DC voltage systems etc
Good knowledge about electronic/electrical components,critical power components (e.g. IGBTs, SCRs, Diodes, capacitors, inductors, contactors, fuses, Contactors, disconnects etc.)., knowledge about analogue/digital components/circuits understanding with analysis/trouble shooting skills
Testing & Manufacturing Operations Projects Management (Electrical/ Electronics/ New Product Manufacturing)
Working knowledge in UPS testing throough ATE, trouble shooting and monitoring of all UPS technical parameters through power analyzer during testing.
Through knowledge on functioning different battery types and their charge discharge functions and battery life cycle curves.
Working experience in Load bank, Servo stabilizer, variac, DC source , AC source for UPS testing .
Hands-on experience in all types of electrical SLD and power audit,
Knowledge in electrical & electronics equipment specifications reviewing & procurement
Experience in handling all power analyzer, multimeters, DSO, HV testers, ATE, execuation of Labview software,etc
Experience in parallel mode testing and interface to UPS like RS232, SNMP, Modbus, Hyperterminal
Knowledge on UL 924 & IEC 62133.
Knowledge of PPEs, Safety, ESD Hazards
Effective technical documentation skills.
Ability to work both independently & as part of a team

Qualifications:
B.E (EEE/ECE/Power Electronics)
8 – 10 years in Test Engineering
Skills:
Expertise on Power Electronics, Pulse Power, High Power Solid-State Switching, Power Conditioning, HV DC-AC Power Conversion, High Voltage, Protection Circuits, High-Speed Communication Circuits, and Digital and Analog Controls, Power Magnetics, Gate Drives, I/O Interface Circuits and Control Hardware and Familiarity with Instrumentation and labview software
Good command in English,Written – ability to communicate in a clear & concise manner with internal & external customers.
