Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for the first impression we make.
- Ensuring customers receive a heartwarming welcome, greeting them with smile.
- Attending customers’ queries/complaints politely and resolving in a quick & efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Attending incoming calls and forwarding to concern department s as and when required.
- Adhering to strict grooming and hygiene standards
- All front office management works as required
- Basic knowledge of computer.
- Other work as required by the management.
Shift Timing: 10:00 am -6:30 pm
Required Candidate Profile:
- Only Female candidates
- Minimum-3 Years of Experience in Front Office /Guest Relations profile
- Min. Graduate
- Excellent Personal hygiene and grooming
- Good Communication Skills in Hindi and English.
