Designation / Title: Executive Assistant to Director
Experience: 8 to 10 years of executive-level support experience, ideally within a group setting and working with highly confidential and / or sensitive materials

Roles and Responsibilities :
· Provide administrative support in a variety of functions to the Chief Executive Officer that are focused on increasing the efficiency of the executive.
· Assist Director in his day-today business activities
· Collaborate, to maintain Directors complex calendar’s, coordinating every aspect of a busy calendar, which is subject to regular changes.
· After gaining knowledge of cycle/schedules, proactively schedule internal meetings between employees and Director
· Facilitated videoconference and web-based meetings with other global offices.
· Schedule all appointments, meetings, conferences, Interviews etc.
· Welcoming and handling Company Guests & VVIPs
· Maintaining records pertaining to various membership
· Handling all business communication independently both with internal & external stake holders
· Co-ordination with all functions for MIS reports / information, data collation & presentation
· Systematic approach for keeping confidential files/information,, periodic up-dation and timely retrieval.
· Research and book complex international travel arrangements that are subject to regular change, and following established processes, compile travel documents foe Director.
· Prepare and organize pre-meeting and post-meeting materials and report as needed.
· Collaborate to submit all Director expenses whilst following an established expense reporting process.
· Respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Co-ordinate every aspect of meetings with outside visitors.
· Manage physical and network-based files and documents.
· Manage confidential emails.
· Proactively and reactively handle and hoc requests for Director.
· Answer phones, manage voicemail and appropriately respond to external call.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
