The human resource manager india will plan, strategize, and run the daily functions of the human resource (hr) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required.
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
Recruitment, campus hiring, coordination of interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Responsible for hr delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits (pf, insurance), payroll and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, training / development, recognition, and morale.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with state and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Provide advice and support to business leaders on key hr matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management / talent development, career development, employee engagement etc.
Assist with hr communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required
May oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the department, and external service providers such as insurance carriers, candidate sourcing, etc.
May assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnership.
