We are searching for a talent acquisition executive to join our human resources department in india and oversee our full cycle recruitingPrimary responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career eventsTo be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hiresYou will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs!
Education
A minimum of 7 years of experience in the recruitment/staffing industry
Degree in human resources or relevant field
Responsibilities
Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
Benchmark compensation & benefits data of similar organization by participating in compensation & benefits surveys and recruitment processes
Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, good at social media hiring methodologies.
Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
Reviews employment applications and background check reports
Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Generate monthly updates for the company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
Communicate regularly with the hr department to get a clear view of the hiring needs and organizational goals
Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
Suggest innovative ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
