Job Summary: ESB is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our President. This role requires a proactive individual who can learn about our diverse businesses, align with the President’s priorities, and contribute to maximizing his effectiveness across all functions and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide significant administrative and operational support as the primary function.
Efficiently manage the President’s schedule, including travel arrangements, appointments, and adjustments.
Handle incoming mail, messages and calls, ensuring the President’s time is optimized.
Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes as necessary.
Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications appropriately.
Anticipate the President’s needs and develop a supportive relationship.
Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports and documents.
Manage all social media channels for senior management, monitor relevant posts, respond on behalf of the President, and maintain positive engagement.
Complete routine tasks efficiently and timely without the need for reminders.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in high-level executive support.
Prior experience in the IT industry is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and all major social media platforms.
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
Autonomous work ethic with the ability to take feedback and make decisions as needed.
Discretion, diplomacy, and excellent judgment; integrity in handling sensitive information.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
College degree preferred or equivalent education.
Exceptional communication skills, amiable personality, and an adaptable team player.
Flexibility, dependability, initiative, and attention to detail are essential.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
