We’re looking for junior recruiter (us staffing) with 1 to 2 years of experienceThis role will be focused on direct clients located in the usYou must have experience recruiting for it based roles in us staffing.
Must have skills:
Used to high volumes of roles to work on independently
Must be able to work on a high performing team
Must not be afraid to ask the questions and be on the phone
Responsibilities for recruiter:
Leverage recruiting knowledge, recruitment results and competitive bi to identify the right resources for the role.
Support all day-to-day recruitment activity on numerous requisitions including strategy discussions, sourcing, screening, digital interview review and offers.
Review and disposition high volume of candidates under limited timelines.
Partner with the recruitment marketing team to enhance the brand and online traction of roles.
Actively engage with team leads and senior leadership on recruitment plans and results.
Required experience for recruiter:
1 to 2 years recruiting experience in it
A good knowledge in all areas of it; emerging technologies, big data, engineering support, enterprise data management, business analysis, application development,
Infrastructure, cyber security, it compliance, cloud solutions & project management.
Experience with jobdiva a huge plus.
