You will:
Source for and build an inventory of candidates for open positions
Build the database through research and data mining to develop a pipeline of active and passive job seekers
Screen physicians and other clinicians; build and maintain rapport via phone calls and emails
Call candidates and present job opportunities, matching the candidates’ interests and employer requirements
Emphasize opportunity features and navigate salary discussions
Prepare candidates for interviews and manage clients’ interview process
Handle offer negotiations and employment contract review
Work with hired candidates and partner clients to ensure onboarding and placement is successful
