Must have skills:
6 months to 1 year managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process for it positions.
Experience recruiting for contingent roles within the it sector for multiple industries
Proficient with microsoft office suite or related software.
Duties/responsibilities:
Facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
Source for applicants who skills would fit open positions.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Scheduling of interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
