Job purpose:
Analyst / security consultant in the risk advisory team to work on various identity and access management projects for our customers across the globe.
An important part of your role will be to deliver high quality work products as per firm’s guidelinesYou will need to actively establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with other team membersYou’ll need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with senior members of the team.
Your client responsibilities:
Engage in java development requirements for identity & access management projects in the capacity of execution of deliverables
Design and develop high quality, secure, scalable software solutions based on technical requirements specifications and design artefacts
Perform functional testing of solutions while ensuring adequate test coverage in unit testing, system testing/integration testing.
Ensure the code adheres to industry standards and is easily maintainable
Research, create and evaluate technical solution alternatives for the business needs
Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to the problem solving technique
Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
Assisting engagement teams in java implementation requirementsSuggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service
Support seniors and superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development
Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis

Mandatory skills:
Must be excellent in core java programming including collections, jdbc
Hands on experience with web service development using rest and soap
Experience of web application development – servlets, jsp, html, javascript, ajax, jquery, xml etc
Should be capable of dissecting large problems and designing modular, scalable solutions
Should be familiar with application servers such as tomcat and weblogic
Should have good understanding of rdms and sql queries
Exposure to unix/linux environments with knowledge of commands & basic shell scripting
Should have good communication skills
Be/b.tech, mca, msc (computer science) with 2-4 years of experience
Preferred skills:
Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts.
Capability of understanding the business requirement and converting that into design
Basic knowledge of information security, standards and regulations
Good understanding along with hands on experience of any one framework – struts/jsf/spring
Good understanding of any one orm framework – hibernate or ibatis
