Job Description:
Planning and executing the site merchandising calendar across multiple platforms. This includes new launches, cross-category placements, season/festive celebrations etc.
Drive Segmentation and personalization experience to improve conversions
Managing the Explore Content – Plan for exclusive content for Explore right from ideation to final delivery on the platform in tune with other campaigns that are live
Managing the photoshoot calendar along with model selections , Looks , etc. This also incorporates all the Site level creative requirements.
Liaise with Marketing and Social Media for integrated content and offer planning.
Regularly develop, test and analyze new merchandising tactics that will help sell products across all categories and increase conversion rates, documenting the results and sharing best practices with the team.
Discount and margin planning
Liquidation and new inventory management decisions based on performance metrices
Drive the sales and margin through merchandising and content initiatives.
Daily engagement with team to evaluate top/bottom selling styles and refine go-forward plan for website and marketing content.
Performance driven decision making on different properties of the site ( Sessions, Clicks , Conversion)
