We are seeking a talented and experienced person to oversee the development and marketing of our new product launches that will include brand guidelines, marcom, social media, photoshoots, packaging development and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building and growing brands. As the Marketing Manager for New launches, you will play a key role in shaping our products’s identity, ensuring consistency across all channels, and driving initiatives to enhance awareness and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone
Ensure topnotch cataloguing across. Content, power content, images and videos
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align brand strategies with overall business strategies
Oversee the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Lead brand positioning efforts to differentiate our products/services in the market
Stay updated with industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies to keep the brand competitive
Job specifications:
Proven experience (5 years) working as a Brand Manager or in a similar role
Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
