Job Description
Responsible for security arrangement and visitor management in accordance with the
Company policies and procedures and responsible for upkeep of fire control equipment
Responsible for all travel and ticketing arrangement through travel agencies or online portals
Responsible for upkeep of store, inventory management and preparation of stock register
The incumbent should report pilferage and deploy controls to avoid thefts and misuse
Responsible for ground transportation balancing cost and comfort considerations
Procurement of office stationery and distribution as per users requirements
Responsible for housekeeping, sanitization and focus on employee health and safety
Manage office imprest and reconcile statements on a periodic basis
Manage cafeteria as per health guidelines and continuing to monitor the quality of food
articles served
Liaison with Vendors and Clearing House Agent
Follow company process accurately and efficiently
Arrange corporate events to take place inside / outside of the work place and staff
appreciation events
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
