- 3+ years of hands on experience in Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
- Good in Symantec endpoint Protection endpoints troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of enable/disable USB access using SEPM.
- Generating AV Compliance Report and meeting SLA.
- Threat log analysis and event Monitoring.
- Review security alerts and perform escalation activities as per customer direction/policy
- Provide operational oversight and coordinate within the agency for analysis and resolution
- GUP Server configuration, Endpoint Management.
- Installation, Configuration & Administration of GUP Server.
- Basic understanding of fundamentals of TCP/IP, Operating Systems, DNS, Networking, and Information Security.
- Basic understanding of Network topology.
- Basic understanding and experience with SQL queries and regex.
- Generating risk reports and fix issue, Update virus definition on endpoints etc…
- Experience with deployment of Symantec Endpoint Protection.
- ITIL v3 foundation or Equivalent knowledge in service management.
