Responsibilities
Build point of view on deductions management as intelligent operations, respond to rfp / sole sourced deals in this space, build proposals
To lead om function and understand retailer nuances will be preferred
Run pocs in different accounts to identify deductions / ap chargeback recovery opportunities – analyze ar/ap data and identify revenue leakages via validating short paid/ unpaid ar invoices and over payments in ap invoicesBuild value share proposalsConsultative skills & executive presence in client’s discussion collaborate with sales and operations senior leadership to build momentum on new deals and successful conversionDeal creation – sow, pricing inputs and coordinate with internal genpact support teams (hr, it, infra etc.) for enabling the delivery teams for new projectsDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer happiness operational excellence – governance, project prioritization, team resource optimization conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for deductions recovery and build the recovery processArrange business meetings with prospective clients build and manage collateral requirements for customer meetings by coordinating with key partners – sales, operations, value share teams, transformation and digital teams preparing sow (statement of work), sla, rfp responses and assist to sales team/operation /finance team for drafting for existing and prospect customers perform swot analysis, due diligence, financial statement to check business impact for new customersPromote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etcClosing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operationsProven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a meaningful role
.develop business case studies showcasing the impact for value share aimed at new and existence customers
Minimum qualification:
University graduate
Good understanding of upstream and downstream of collection/exceptions
Strong experience in otc & ar domain with in depth process knowledge of invoice to cash processes – “ deductions management/ reconciliation”, cash applications, collections etcUnderstanding on ap side an added advantage.
Erp platform – thorough with finance & accounting modules of sap and oracle
Past experience of directly managing client & retailers
Good understanding on logistics/3pl/carrier’s channel and managing bill of lading (bol)/ proof of delivery (pod) from multiple warehouse/carrier’s and customers.
Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and organization skills
Person should be ready to travel on regular basisMin 2-3 days in a week
Ambitious to do research on different industry sectors, consultative skills, executive presence, reciprocal
