Genpact Looking for Fresher Management Trainee at Company Name Genpact Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Building/Amend/Update reports using SQL, VBA and MS BI solutions
• Build access/power-pivot data models
• Support other Adhoc requests within the stipulated time
• Regular monthly/quarterly reporting
• Process documentation

Qualifications we seek in you:

• B.Tech, MCA or M.Com Post Graduate

Preferred Skill Set:

• Proficient in SQL
• Proficient on Power BI
• Working understanding of query optimization
• Working knowledge of SAP Business Objects or Tableau similar reporting tool
• Expert in MS Excel and MS Access with some VBA knowledge.
• Meaningful experience in BI reporting will be advantage
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and Analytical reasoning ability.
• Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and balance all to completion.
