VIRTUAL FRONT DESK SERVICE PROVIDER FOR HOTELS
Job Title : VIRTUAL FRONT DESK AGENT For U.S. Based Hotels
–>Job Duties and Responsibilities
– Virtual check in/check out.
– Coordinating with the ground staff of the Hotel.
– Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
– Clearly determine the purpose of the call. Efficiently manage multiple phone calls.
– Deal with queries and provide correct information
– Take reservations
– Handle modifications or cancellations of existing reservations
– Handle and resolve guest complaints
– Be able to answer any questions relevant to a guest’s reservation, hotel amenities, driving
directions, area information, billing questions, etc.
-Take and deliver messages accurately and completely.
–>Qualifications
– High school diploma
– knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
– knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
– knowledge of customer service principles and practices
– Be able to work overnight

Available shifts: (7:00AM -3:00PM, 3:00PM – 11:00PM & 11:00PM – 7:00AM)
(6 days working a week, rotational week off)
“Candidate should be flexible to do any given shift”
Location : Surat
Salary : 16,000-25,000
Salary is no bar for right candidate

Salary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
